Do you have non-toxic detergents?
Yes. Upon request, we can send a cleaning team which will perform the task using bio-friendly solutions alone.
How do you go about payment?
We have several payment options out of which the most preferred and convenient for our customers is payment via credit card.
Will your cleaners be able to come after 6pm because I`m working during the day?
Yes. We cover after hours as well as weekend and holiday slots.
Are there cancellation fees?
In some cases, yes. If you decide to cancel your service less 24 hours prior to us delivering the service, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the value of the service you've booked will apply. If you need to cancel the service outside of that 24-hour timeframe, no fees will apply.
Do I have to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, all equipment and supplies are included in the quote we give you.
How many cleaners can I request?
As much as you need. Usually, the teams we send are one to two people, however, depending on the job, their number can vary.
What is you refund policy?
Before claiming a refund, you must first grant us access to your property so we can do a reclean. If you are not satisfied, we will do an inspection and may grant you a partial or full refund.
